We are currently working on this project. The building had years of deferred maintenance and when JLE Property Management, Inc. took over the building, it was deep into violations of City of Anaheim's Code Enforcement Department. Code enforcement notices indicated that the trees were overgrown and causing damage to the building's foundation and roof. It also noted the broken brick work around the property, along with the badly damaged stairs. Landscape and painting were also cited. The building has since been signed off by code enforcement and is on the road to recovery.

This building was due for a landscape overhaul. The building was being readied for sale and the old landscape would have hindered selling of the property. The new landscape work also enabled us to raise rents and produce resident pride in the building they called home. The Wilken property has sold.

This building was due for a landscape overhaul. The building was being readied for sale and the old landscape would have hindered selling of the property. Old bushes and shrubs were removed from the front of the building and a brick planter was built in their place. New sprinkler valves were installed and lines routed to the planters.

This 12 units apartment building is being readied for sale. The old dilapidated patio fence needed to be removed. Instead of installing a new wood or block fence, we decided on a modular concrete over light-weight core panel. This is a new concept in fence building based on the look of a block wall with a stucco finish and the ease of installation of a wood fence. The new fence material is supplied by SteelTree Industries. Installation takes about the same amount of time as a wood fence and the cost is about half-way between block and wood. Below are some pictures of our progress. When completed, this fence will look like a blockwall with a stucco finish.

This property was in need of landscape work. Because of tree roots, the concrete walkways were buckled and the sprinkler system badly damaged. The walkways were replaced and the roots were removed. The sprinkler system replaced and the dirt leveled. Good dirt was trucked in and seeded.
The Mar Vista Apartments is a 51 unit Complex. The owner wanted a complete overhaul of the landscaping. Our maintenance and landscape divisions, Buffalo Maintenance, Inc. and Urban Oasis Landscape, both participated to rejuvenate this property. The grounds were very over-grown and the landscape appeared to be taking over the building. We removed most of the ground cover and salvaged plants that could be transplanted to a more desirable location. Removing and relocating plants where we could, saved the owner money and made for a much more economical job. This project was brought in on budget and within the owners time frame. Urban Oasis Landscape currently services this property four times a month.
We do interior, exterior and landscape rehabs. If you would like more information on our management and maintenance projects or references, please call or E-mail.
